St. Anthony Mills Apartments provides housing for people with lower incomes in an area where it is really needed. Located in an area of upper end residential lofts, the St. Anthony Mills Apartments’ modern appearance and use of materials fits in with the neighborhood, while successfully hiding the massing of the municipal parking ramp which the building wraps. Careful study of the existing historic neighborhood fabric and newer modernist buildings, resulted in a building façade with a rich texture. The 5-level apartment offers 93 rental apartments.
PAI provided structural design calculations and plans. PAI also provided shop drawing review and engineering inspections during construction.
