The MIST, LUxury Condominiums, Spring Park

Project Description

This 2-building, 367,600 sf luxury condominium with underground parking is located along Shoreline drive next to the shores of Lake Minnetonka in Spring Park and features 120 residential units and 262 parking stalls.

PAI provided the structural design engineering and construction documents for both the 3 level and 5 level structures constructed of post-tensioned concrete floors, slab-on-grade foundation and concrete columns with steel beams and light gauge metal framing featuring brick veneer, stucco and a metal paneled exterior.

This project used a design-build delivery method instead of the traditional design-bid-build construction process. 

As integral members of the design-build team, PAI engineers prepared structural plans, structural calculations and drawings along with project specifications for construction.

Project Drawings were prepared in AutoCADD.
