The maintenance facility was constructed of precast wall panels, steel beams and long-span steel joists<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Construction also included renovation and remodeling of the adjoining 1911 brick building.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-119 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.palanisami.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/facilty1-300x179.jpg\" alt=\"facilty1\" width=\"300\" height=\"179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.palanisami.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/facilty1-300x179.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.palanisami.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/facilty1.jpg 669w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>PAI reviewed existing building plans, confirmed existing conditions, prepared structural plans, specifications and calculations.
