The historic Mill Quarter of Minneapolis now features a fully automatic and public 324 stall, 4- level parking ramp facility.
PAI was selected following a competitive proposal process to be prime consultant for this important project.
Design consists of reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, concrete piers into bedrock, 2- hydraulic elevators and auto payment.
The street level was designed for retail space and the whole parking ramp was designed to hold three levels of residential units on top in the future.
PAI provided functional, structural, civil, electrical and mechanical design, project management and construction oversight services.
PAI also provided steel reinforcing shop drawing review and engineering inspections during construction.
